Designed for young adults 18-24 years, the programme is a challenging five days live-in experience designed to help individuals develop growth within themselves and their communities through harnessing their leadership potential.

 

To be held in Masterton, Wairarapa.

 

Each Club is encouraged to nominate one or more participants aged 18 to 24 years for this annual programme.

Rotary Clubs have the opportunity to canvass their communities for young people with leadership potential. Participants may be in employment (from trades to professionals), undertaking study, competitive sport, recipients of community awards or similar.

 

 

 

 

RYLA 2026 will run from Wednesday  14 January to Sunday 18 January 2026, at St Matthews College Campus, Masterton and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Carterton.

 

Applications should be made on the application forms available on the RYLA website –  www.ryla9940.co.nz and submitted to sponsoring Rotary Clubs by 31 October 2025. 

 

Sponsoring Clubs must forward applications to admin@ryla9940.co.nz by 15 December 2025 (or by negotiation with the RYLA Chair).
