Caravan Club
If you enjoy the fun and social side of camping in our lovely country, then this club is for you. We are unique in that we also welcome those who may not as yet have purchased a campervan/caravan or may no longer have one. This latter group stay in the camp in cabins/apartments or get a local Airbnb and join in. They are also most welcome.
The group meets at least 4 times per year in various parts of the lower North Island and occasionally outside of the district.
It is a simple formula for our events, usually a meal out at a local venue on the Friday night, a short program on the Saturday and then a shared Bar-b-q or Pot luck dinner on the Saturday night. Plus, Happy Hour each evening starting at 4.00 pm.
Membership is open to anyone who shares our values, there is no application fee.
After attending up to 3 Rally events or hosting one, you will be asked to join us, the cost is currently $32.50 pp (the cost of the Name badge).
