Adding Events To Our District Calendar

Why Is This Important?
Over the course of the year several of our Clubs, Committees and Projects each have events. To avoid double-booking and clashing it is important that members know when events are. This also allows event organisers to better plan around other events in our calendar.
What Needs To Be Calendared?

Every event that is organised by the District or one of the District's Committees need to be calendared. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

  • Training for any of our members.
  • District Rotaract and Interact events.
  • Changeovers, Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings (Should there be one) and Strategy Meetings.
  • Board Meetings and any formal committee meetings.
  • Any events for any one of our main fundraisers including End Polio Now, Give Every Child A Future, the Wellington Regional Children's Health Trust and the Rotary Foundation.

Additionally, Clubs may wish to include any of their events in the District Calendar, and these will be added if requested.
How To Add Events Into the District Calendar
If your club subscribes to its own ClubRunner website, a club executive can do this easily directly from your club website.
At the bottom of the event setup page, there is a list of option about where the event can be displayed. Click YES in the option "Show in District Calendar".

If your club does not have its own Clubrunner website, then
please click the link below to send an email.

Please include the date, time, location or address any additional info you want included and a relevant picture or image if you have one.

One of the ICT or Public Image Team will add your item to the Calendar.
