Adding Events To Our District Calendar

Why Is This Important?
Over the course of the year several of our Clubs, Committees and Projects each have events. To avoid double-booking and clashing it is important that members know when events are. This also allows event organisers to better plan around other events in our calendar.
What Needs To Be Calendared?
Every event that is organised by the District or one of the District's Committees need to be calendared. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
  • Training for any of our members.
  • District Rotaract and Interact events.
  • Changeovers, Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings (Should there be one) and Strategy Meetings.
  • Board Meetings and any formal committee meetings.
  • Any events for any one of our main fundraisers including End Polio Now, Give Every Child A Future, the Wellington Regional Children's Health Trust and the Rotary Foundation.
Additionally, Clubs may wish to include any of their events in the District Calendar, and these will be added if requested.
How To Add Events Into the Calendar
If you have an event to include in the District Calendar please fill out the form below and provide the information requested. Please do so a minimum of one month prior to the event.
One of the ICT or Public Image Team will update this and include this in the District Calendar. This will be updated on a weekly basis.
