'Final piece of the Wildbase Recovery Centre project puzzle is now in place. A 5.2metre Paul Dibble bronze sculpture named "Dawn chorus on the fish of Maui", depicting 9 species of NZ native birds in a karaka tree.
The fish symbolises the North Island hooked up from the sea by Maui. This eight year project is now complete...thank you for your assistance and I think it has been significant.'
