One of the true legends of Rotary in Australia, Past District Governor Paul Henningham OAM died at his home in Springwood on Sunday, December 2 – aged 97 years. A returned serviceman who saw active service on the Kokoda Trail, PNG, in World War 2, Paul founded Rotary Down Under magazine in 1965 and served as managing editor from 1965 to 1984.He nurtured the growth of Rotary’s regional magazines around the world, and was a leading mentor of many other Rotary projects and associated publications.
