The following Proposed District Constitution and explanatory notes are now being fully circulated to each Rotarian in the District.
This in advance of the Annual General Meeting of our Rotary District 9940 on 13 May at 8.30 am, and allows a 30 day period for the attached documents to be reviewed and voted on by the representative attending clubs at the AGM.
I believe process and requirement to have the proposed document to be put to the AGM has been met and will meet the necessary procedural requirement to enable the proposal to be actioned effectively at the AGM.
