 The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day or whole of one-weekend courses designed to provide Rotarians with a breadth of Rotary knowledge that they can put into practical every-day use in their clubs. Courses are fun, topical and geared to ensure participants gain an understanding of how the programmes and resources of Rotary at all levels interconnect and can be accessed, while at the same time encouraging participants to contribute their own life and Rotary experiences through discussion and practical exercises to reinforce the knowledge gained.
